Step 2: Import Kemp IT Secure Settings

After installing RustDesk, open the app and import the Kemp IT configuration file to automatically connect to our secure support server.

Choose Your Device

Click the Windows or Mac button above to download the remote support app.

Open the App

Launch RustDesk after download. On a Mac, you may need to approve permissions in System Settings.

Share Your ID

Provide Kemp IT with your RustDesk ID and password so we can start the secure session.

Receive Support

We connect, diagnose the issue, and help you as quickly and safely as possible.
